Dear Carmen,
Now that the dust from the move 3 months ago has finally settled, I can look back at the process of selling my townhome and finding our dream house and have an understanding of how blessed I was to have a realtor like you. Not only did you help us sell the house in 3 days, you also found us our new "perfect match" home just as quickly. Your marketing skills, attention to details, good "naturdness", and talent for real estate makes you an exception real estate agent.
It is also interesting to note that many people choose their agents based on who they already know... a friend, a friend of a friend, a family member etc. I too, knew many real estate agents and was obviously "pushed" to use them. However, when I ran into you at the open house on Joelton and saw how you represented that property I immediately knew that you were the man to get the job done. As you know, I am a marketing executive in the entertainment industry with many years of experience and even I was impressed by your focus and understanding of "the product", and marketing skills.
Anyway, I am so glad to be in our new "sanctuary", please bring your family over for a backyard BBQ soon.

Carmen Mormino was my real estate agent during the summer of 2007 when my husband and I were buying our first home. Carmen showed us so many properties all over town--we weren't the easiest clients. Finally, we ventured into the downtown LA market and after viewing several properties, we came back to the first one Carmen showed us and bought it! I have known Carmen Mormino, and worked with him since the mid-90s. My favorite (non-business) memory of Carmen is from a few years ago. We were having lunch in Westlake Village and we both spotted Wayne Gretzky. As a Canadian hockey fan, it was a great thrill for me. For Carmen, it was not just a thrill, it was a mission. We quickly went to his house in Westlake and brought back a hockey stick that Wayne Gretzky had given Carmen from the 19?? Season. He had to get it autographed! He walked right up to Wayne Gretzky’s table. They had a 10 minute chat, with lots of laughs, and Wayne was happy to sign Carmen’s stick. Carmen is a fighter, a true gentlemen, is full of imagination and chutzpa and very loyal, whether you are lucky enough to have him as your real estate agent, #1 fan, or friend. I would highly recommend Carmen as an agent that cares and will always do the right thing for his clients.
